Residential Lawn Care Services
Our Mulching service provides nutrition to your soil and landscapes area. It also add additional moisture from rain or watering. Keep a beautiful landscape this season.
Mulching promotes tree growth by reducing environmental stress and providing a stable root environment that is cooler in the summer and insulating to the soil during the winter months. Mulched soil contains more moisture than the surrounding soil.
If your mulch is too thick, it prevents water from reaching the soil. Water after mulching is an optional step, but a final watering can help settle the mulch into place.
Depending on your landscape and what you’re planting, each of these five choices can make wonderful mulch. > Shredded Bark. > Straw. > Compost. > Pine or Cedar Bark Chips. > Stones and River Rock.
In Spring! In general, mid- to late spring is the mulching season-that’s when the soil is warming up from the freezing temperatures it experienced all winter. Doing it too early will slow down the warming process, which the soil needs to do its job.
J&A Landscaping is extremely excited about the opportunity of working with you this season. We have been providing recommended, reliable and reasonable landscape services to your area and the surrounding areas for many years.
